My stay at the hotel was really comfortable and convenient, with great facilities and pleasant surroundings. However, there were some issues with the service that affected my overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the kitchen and bathroom were a bit small. Getting a front room made my stay more pleasant, although cleanliness, especially in the kitchen where cockroaches were present, could have been improved. The service was fast to respond but lacked IQ and rudeness was noticeable, leading to some issues like forgetting to supply towels. The location was the hotel's best feature, with easy access to various restaurants and close to shopping centers and the Metro station. The dining experience was disappointing with limited options. Overall, it was comfortable enough but not exceptional.

My stay at the hotel was superbly comfortable and clean, perfectly located just a block away from the Mall of Emirates. The rooms were beautifully furnished with plenty of handy utilities, making it feel like a home away from home. However, it was a bit inconvenient to have to call reception periodically to request/check on certain items.

The apartment is a perfect place to make your stay feel like home with all facilities available. However, there is a persistent bad smell from the time you enter until the time you leave.
